My photography journey began in 2018, and after capturing my first wedding that fall, I was hooked. Driven by a passion to create and capture life's moments, I've fallen in love with storytelling through photography. I'm honoured to document life's milestones. From couples and families to boudoir & Empowerments; my work is valued at preserving memories, celebrating love, and inspiring others.
I have a core memory of when I was a young girl of digging through milk crates of photos from my childhood, my parents all the way back to my grandparents.
Just by going through these prints, I learnt that my dad bought my mom a 1988 iroc with a T roof for her graduation & that my grandparents use to camp in their camper van (nicknamed Barbie) all over Ontario and ventured to the states once a year. Going through these photos allowed me to connect and hear all these beautiful stories from generations before. My hope is that I can offer this same opportunity to you and your family. Just imagine yourself showing your grandkids wedding photos that take you right back to all the emotions you were feeling on your day. A chance to tell your story.

My Family is a huge motivation for me. I grew up with my grandparents living with us for most of my childhood. The connection that I had with them from a young age, I believe is where my values & morals are rooted from.
With that, I find myself gravitating toward the connections my clients have with their families of all generations. Watching for those sincere little moments truly fills my cup.
The photos I have of my son & my late grandpa are some of the most cherished photos I have. I'm excited to tell him all about his great grandpa!

Even though my title is "Photographer", I tend to help out in any other way that I can. Like buttoning up the dress ( I tell myself this is why I need to get my nails done Ha!), placing the veil, or grabbing you an appy & bevy to hold you over for family photos. My goal outside of capturing beautiful photos is to make sure your day is stress free.
I've had past clients refer to me as, "a wall flower" ( & I love it!!). As much as I love to socialize with your guests, my main priority is to collect those in between moment that are unscripted.
My Son is my reason for everything! Having him has pushed me in sooo many ways. Its also allowed me to explore the world through his eyes. Fresh eyes. We slow down to see the ants on the patio. We look up to wave to every plane that flies by. He has taught me to slow down and notice. Which I've integrated into my process of capturing weddings & families.
When I'm not photographing or at home with Hendrix, I'm usually working my other job, as a Nurse! I use to work at the local hospital in my hometown but since maternity leave I've since switch to a facility that offers more flexibility. Its a rehab facility for first responders that have PTSD, mental health &/or addictions. This line of work is extremely rewarding which is the reason why I'm offering any first responders a discount on sessions. Its the least I can do for the sacrifice they make everyday.
Recently, I've been going on solo trips. My first solo trip was all the way to Vancouver, BC and let me tell you, I came home a new person! I was energized and ready to tackle everything! My goal is to continue to plan solo trips every year to expand my travel log & reset my body & mind.
That’s a little sneak peek into my life and a few of my favourite things. No matter who and where we are, we’re all souls wandering this beautiful earth, with a different story to share. No tale is one and the same. And that’s why I LOVE documenting love stories (and hopefully yours too!)

My fiance (with the help of my sister) hired her to photograph our engagement and the photos are absolutely stunning! Mare was so fun, inviting, and professional. She did a fantastic job guiding us through how to pose (even through the pouring rain and two different locations in Toronto)! She captured the moments so beautifully and artistically.
